OVERVIEW
Yarrow is a native, European plant, with a long history as a wound healer. Yarrow helps recovery from colds and flu and is beneficial for hay fever. It is also helpful for menstrual problems in circulatory disorders.

Traditional & Current Uses:
Healing Wounds: Yarrow has been known for centuries to heal wounds when made into ointments.
Gynecological Herb: Yarrow helps regulate the menstrual cycle, reduces heavy menstrual bleeding, and eases pain caused by cramps.
Other uses: Combined with other herbs, yarrow helps those with colds and flu. It's bitter tonic properties make it useful for weak digestion and colic. It also helps hayfever, improves venous circulation and tones the varicose veins.

Preparation & Uses:
Colds: Mix equal parts of Yarrow, Peppermint & Elderflower. Infuse 1 tsp with ¾cup (150ml) water for 10mins. Take 3xday
Tincture: Take 20drops 3xday
Poultice: Apply to grazes, cuts & bruises
